My answer two years ago was simple: To be an example of what’s possible over 50.
That was one of my biggest focus areas since 2019 and I'm proud to say that I accomplished that result. At 51 I lost the last 10 lbs, and it didn’t require going keto or killing myself in the gym.
Now I can maintain my result because I solved the foundational challenges that were keeping me stuck.
