During our five days together, we will walk through the process of creating a personalized eating plan that sets you up for success…stopping the pattern of self-sabotage and staying on track.

 

You may join me live on Zoom each day, or watch the live stream inside the Enjoy Food Love Life Lose Weight Facebook Group. I will provide replays of each day's lesson inside the group and inside the learning center as well, so you can attend each day at your convenience. Typically, each day's lesson lasts from 30 minutes, including Q&A afterwards. The benefit of joining me live on Zoom is that you can get your questions answered in real time.

During our five days together, we will walk through the process of creating a personalized eating plan that sets you up for success…stopping the pattern of self-sabotage and staying on track.

You will learn a 3 simple steps over five days:

Day 1: Understand how (and why) to plan 

Day 2: Learn what foods to include in your plan (and not)

Day 3: Make your plan easier to follow

Day 4: Bringing it all together - how to follow your plan

Day 5: Q&A Session, the Weight Breakthrough Advantage, and a private strategizing session to follow

How much time will this take? 

The challenge will cover one aspect of planning each day for 5 days. Each day you will receive live guidance via Zoom followed by action items to complete. The assignments will be short and simple and each day builds upon the previous day's work.  The live sessions last approximately 30 minutes, including Q&A. The length of time to complete the work each day will be different for each person depending on her current situation, but I’m confident that you can achieve great results in 30 - 60 minutes per day.

What does it cost?

The challenge is absolutely FREE! It is valued at $497, but my goal is to help you gain confidence in your ability to plan and follow through, without feeling like you have to do another diet or program. As such, I’m offering it for free. 

Why are you giving this away for free…what’s the catch?

I’ve talked with so many women who feel like they’re smart (and they are) but just can’t figure out this weight thing. They’re frustrated with changing rules about what “works” and are fed up with thinking so much about food.

Working in this industry for 20+ years, I’ve seen how many women struggle with food and overeating. After many years of watching clients know what to eat but not follow through,  I had an epiphany. That sent me on a journey of creating a system to help women stop overeating and still enjoy their food. 

I believe as women, we have more important things to concern ourselves with than our weight and food. At the same time, taking care of our health is important and it’s natural to want to look our best.  I want to help as many women as possible to do just that.

Who are you? Why should I care what you have to say?

As a business owner, licensed CPA and Mayor of Atascadero California, I personally understand the challenges of fitting healthy habits into a busy schedule. I’m an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and have a Master’s degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. 

Smart women 50+ who struggle with losing weight hire me to help them figure out what is keeping them stuck so they can finally stop spinning their wheels and reach their health and weight-loss goals. 

I know how it feels to not like my body. To restrict my favorite foods, then overeat, and beat myself up for it. I don’t do that any more and I love helping other women to experience that same freedom. 

I live and work on the beautiful central coast of California where I love the many hiking and wine tasting opportunities all around me. Yes… you can be healthy and enjoy both!
