Do you ever ask “what’s wrong with me?” or “why do I always blow it?” Not helpful, right? Asking “why can’t I ever stick with an exercise program?” keeps you stuck and feeling $hi!!y about yourself.     16. What’s most important in this situation?
    17. What is my priority today?
    18. What can I do for my health today?
    19. What am I grateful for right now?
    20. Why am I feeling stress around this?
